Research shows Every cell in the human body needs calcium.
We all know calcium is “good for our bones” but did you know it is also important for:
· your muscles
· nerve function
· circulation
· healthy hair
· healthy nails
Calcium aides with:
· decelerated aging
· healing
· weight loss
· preventing many ailments and diseases.
I agree that most of the people just stick to the thought that calcium is just for stronger bones. I was also amazed when I first heard that calcium can help in weight loss. It is good that I have increased my intake of calcium, and I am now satisfied with my weight. Although I still need to work out some more. :)
